		<description>You are absolutely right. Because of competition (and IMO, the Internet) you can find just about anything at multiple places of the same quality. The difference between one business and another that offer the same product is their customer service or call center. Dealing with a rude customer service rep or a call center rep that hates their job is extremely frustrating for a consumer. I highly suggest that all medium - large businesses invest in some sort of customer care program or call center services training.</description>
