[When the $500,000 Air Flight AD&D is purchased within 15 days of your initial trip deposit you receive the Executive Upgrade at no additional cost. The Executive Upgrade provides additional protection for your pre-paid insured trip costs in the event you have to cancel or interrupt your trip due to the following unforeseen business reasons:
• Your direct involvement in an acquisition or merger of your employer, provided you are an active full-time employee of your employer at the time of such acquisition or merger.
• Your business location becomes unsuitable for business during your covered trip because of fire, vandalism, burglary or Natural Disaster*.
• Your sudden requirement to work preventing you from taking or completing your covered trip. Proof such as a notarized statement signed by an officer of your employer must be provided.
*Natural disaster means a disaster resulting from natural causes including flood, hurricane, tornado, earthquake, volcanic eruption or blizzard.]MHR-EXU-1007
