All of the companies on our website will provide reimbursement of villa, condo or other rental property as long as there is a written agreement/contract between the insured and the renter. Reimbursement of your prepaid and non-refundable cost will be made if the Trip Cancellation or Trip Interruption was caused by a peril named in the policy.

I did not receive a copy of my travel insurance policy yet. How long does it take to receive the policy fulfillment?

Check the email confirmation that you received from InsureMyTrip.ca for a link to download the policy. If there is no link, please allow 24 hours for the policy to be emailed to you by the insurance company and check any spam or junk mail folder for the email. If you have not received your policy in the appropriate time, you can contact our Customer Service Department and we will have the policy resent.
