I want to purchase one of the Group Package Policies however, I want to make sure I obtain the Pre-Existing Medical Conditions Waiver and Financial Default protection. How does this work?

TravelSafe and Travelex include these coverages if you purchase your Group Package Policy before your Final Trip Payment Date; CSA Travel Protection includes them if purchased prior to or within 24 hours of your Final Trip Payment Date. Travel Insured requires purchase within 14 days of the First Trip Payment Date. Travel Guard has no set payment due dates, and will include these coverages if all prepaid and non-refundable trip costs are insured and everyone in the group is included on the policy.

What are trip cancellation penalties?

The Trip Cancellation penalties are set and imposed by your travel suppliers and indicate the penalty amount should you cancel your trip prior to departure. Travel Suppliers include airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, hotels and other similar travel purveyors.

How do I get my policy?

Once your payment is processed/received, cancellation penalties are approved (if required) and your group roster with names and dates of birth is received, you will be mailed or emailed your policy directly by the insurance company that you have selected.

How do I complete a group roster?

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from InsureMyGroup. A link will be provided on this email that will allow you to complete your group roster online.

Can I amend an online roster?
|

Yes, you can make changes to a roster. If you are unsure of the information being entered when originally completing the roster, click on "save." This will allow you to go back and amend the roster when you are ready to finalize the information. Clicking on "submit" completes the process and will no longer allow you to make amendments to the roster.
