Both CitizenSecureSM plans are available to citizens of most countries of the world who are at least age 14 days and not over age 74. If you are a U.S. citizen, you must reside outside the U.S. or be departing the U.S. within 30 days of the effective date. If you are a U.S. citizen, you must also reside outside the U.S. at least 6 months within each Certificate Period.
Citizens of other countries may reside abroad, including the U.S. or their country of citizenship. Not available to the residents of the State of Florida though.
Optional Term Life Insurance is not available to residents of the U.S., regardless of citizenship.
