What was covered was the policy and it went well.

The plan was not inclusive, so better to cover the actual trip. The next trip will have more coverage,
The plan was good, But I bought a basic plan.
Next time I will know. My trip took 51 hours from Atlanta to Bangkok due to maintenance problem with the airplane. No comp or hotel offered by airline, no problems for your company, however I will purchase full coverage next time. I didn't realize the airlines have become so unfriendly toward their passengers.

Never having had a need to purchase accident coverage for travel, I was a bit intimidated when I started looking into the insurance. I was thrilled that it was easy to find, I was thrilled that the customer service reps were not "offshore reps", and was even more thrilled that the reps were thorough without being convoluted. I thankfully did not have occasion to have to use the service, but am confident that if I had that the reps would assist my family efficiently and competently. My cynicism on American Customer Service standards has been diminished, your customer service reps are a credit to the industry so Thank Them.
