Great coverage at a very reasonable price. It was purchased for a cruise but also covered us from the day we left (drove to Miami from VA) to the day we returned home. At the time of purchase, representatives were very helpful on the phone and answered all of our questions. We recommend and will use again in the future.

The plan we purchased covered our needs better than the plan offered by our cruise line and was cheaper. The customer care representative was very knowledgeable and identified the plan that met our specific needs and also had a free child rider attached. We were very pleased and will use be repeat customers.

I never needed trip insurance before and Allianz made it easy to purchase my needed coverage. I traveled more easily knowing that if an emergency should arise while I was on Bimini, I would be taken care of.

I continue to use the Travelex Travel Select plan because I had to file a claim with them a few years ago; the process was simple and they paid promptly. Prior to that, I had insured with another company and they didn't trust me and they didn't trust the travel companies I used. In addition to filling out all the forms, I also had to supply credit card statements showing payments to the travel companies. I thought that was a bit much and haven't used them since.
