Trip insurance, like all insurance, is silent until it is needed to file a claim. The customer reaction is principally to the cost and the ease of purchase. This is my first experience with trip insurance. The cost seemed reasonable and easy to buy. No regrets, no claims.

This is insurance.... for peace of mind. Therefore, the best insurance is insurance not used. I will continue covering my trips in hopes of not needing it. I will not know how good it is until I have to file....hopefully never.

Coverage was easy to understand and easy to purchase. Customer service reps explained the program. Once covered, e-mails from you kept us informed. Fortunately or unfortunately, we did not have to make a claim. But, the cost was reasonable and we felt comfortable having the coverage we purchased. Thanks!

I have bought health insurance for 3 months and half. I'm highly satisfied with your price. However, I never used it for anything. Therefore, can't really rate how good or bad the coverage was. But I would definitely buy it in the future because it's wallet-friendly!
