Although I did not have occasion to use this plan I felt the coverage and the cost were fair. The whole idea of insurance is NOT to have to use it but to have the security of knowing that if you need it that you have it available. I will be using this again in 3 weeks for another cruise.

We wanted peace of mind for our trip since all the family (14 folks) were going and an issue with any one of the folks could have affected all of us. Thankfully everything went excellent and we did not need to make a claim. We talked on the cruise about how having insurance made traveling worry-free. The price was great for all of us except my 88 year old mom.

We believe the plan gave us piece of mind, that if anything went wrong, we'd be covered. Like all insurance, you hope you don't need it (and we didn't). Also, you don't know if the plan is any good until you need it. For our next trip, we'll consider the same plan, and again hope we don't need it.
