Our flight from Washington to Amsterdam was cancelled, and we missed a day of our river cruise. I filed a claim when we returned and exactly one month later, I received a check. The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful, and I was able to get together all the documentation. I am getting ready to take a trip to Europe in September, and I will buy another Travel Guard Silver policy.

Fleetwood would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
I felt safe with my insurance plan but, mutually fortunately, I won't need to make a claim. Considering the trip, I do not know if the deluxe plan was the most cost efficient ... however I was glad I had it in case something bad happened to me. The only real snag I experienced the entire time was with an extremely rude U.S. customs official when I returned to my home country.

The real test of an insurance policy comes about when a claim is filed. Thankfully we have never had process a claim.
For our next trip to the Antarctic next February I gave up on attempting to evaluate the coverage on your site and went with the Vantage Travel package.
At our age medical evacuation from a remote area is of critical importance and I just couldn't figure it out.
Perhaps some effort can be spent improving the site in terms of a simplified side by side comparison without having to go over endless explanations.
