I was very pleased with this plan. It was exactly what I was looking for - emergency medical coverage for a trip to a different country, at an affordable price.

It was easy to obtain, affordable, immediate, covered many extras like water craft incidents, emergency airlift etc.. and since my 14 yr old was traveling to Cancun on vacation with out me - I had peace of mind like never before. Thank you!

I became very ill on a cruise in Feb. 2013 and requested a doctor come to my cabin because I was too weak and sick to go to the infirmary. He came with his nurse and he checked me and had his nurse to give me some pills. I paid 159.00 for this service and was promptly reimbursed after filing a claim upon my return. I'm glad I had this coverage, and will use them again whenever I travel which I do a lot of.

The plan is great and the customer service staff are great. Claim forms were sent asap. However, without receipts you can't file a claim. The plan should let the buyer know to keep proof of expenses. We were new at this and weren't prepared. However, still good to be covered.
