We went on a 5 night cruise to the Bahamas with our 9 year old daughter. We bought the insurance in case of medical evacuation. The policy covered that and more. I love using this company because they will mail you a printed out copy of the policy (at no extra charge!) so you don't have to use 20 sheets of your own paper and printer ink!! You get an emailed file of course. If you are traveling somewhere without internet a paper copy is good to have on hand. I got the papercopy within 4 days of ordering the insurance. Quick mailing!

Having trip insurance provided peace of mind both before and during our travels. We didn't have to worry about the unexpected occurring because we were covered for both travel and health related issues. Fortunately we did not need to file a claim, but having the insurance made the whole trip more enjoyable.

The plan offered reasonable coverage for the protection I wanted. Fortunately, I did not need to file a claim, so I can't say how adequately it would have been handled. I had some questions to ask of the InsureMyTrip rep and thought that the person was easy to work with and very helpful.

I was very fortunate that I did not have to use the insurance I purchased but the peace of mind it bought was worth the cost, which was reasonable for the coverage provided. This trip was to Italy and I had purchased similar insurance three years ago for a trip to Paris, I would definitely purchase trip insurance again in the future.

I had mistyped the date of my trip and the rep was able to adjust it and the amount since I was able to share a room and pay less for my insurance. I had no problems making these changes and received advice on making copies of my insurance in the event of an emergency or loss.
