Margaret would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
The variety of options to tailor my plan to my family's needs was much appreciated. I received a summary of benefits as well as an extensive explanation so that I was comfortable with what I was buying (or not). I will use Trawick again and would recommend it without reservation. The price was very reasonable as I did quite a bit of research and comparison before purchasing my plan from Trawick.

Your customer service agents are superb. All of them answered everyone of my thousand questions. The coverage I bought was excellent, even though no claims were filed. I m happy to see a telephone number on their website. I prefer to talk to a human than a computer.

Have had Travel Guard ins in the past on which occasion my husband fell in the islands on vacation and dislocated his shoulder, which I was able to pop it back in, thank God. He refused to get medical attention on the ship at that time. When we got home, his shoulder kept popping out and was in quite a bit of pain so he did go to the Dr. We filed a claim for this and I wasn't surprised they denied his claims as I knew he should have got documentation from the ship Dr at the initial time of injury. So bottom line, always get documentation to present with any claims. This past week, we had no reason to use our Travel Guard Ins. And I would use them again in the future.
