We had to cancel our cruise due to a last-minute illness. The claim process was demanding to say the least. It gave the impression that Travelex wanted any little piece of information that might reduce their liability. Nevertheless, they came through with a full refund in less than three weeks.

We are happy that we did not use the insurance, but we had it in case we needed it. We bought the same plan last year and had a 5 day delay in getting a suitcase in Rome, thus we used it last year.

While overseas I felt comfortable knowing I had insurance coverage. I insured my trips several times and luckily never had to use it. The small cost is what keeps me going back to insure my trip.
