We have been fortunate to never have to use our travel insurance policy. We always purchase travel insurance. We have the assurance if anything were to happen, we would have CSA to help. We also appreciate the ease to purchase travel insurance for our trips online. This option offers a savings over the one offered through our travel agency.

Fortunately we did not need to file a claim, but went with Travel Guard because of your reputation and the belief that had a claim been necessary, it would have been handled fairly and in a timely manner.

The plan has too many caveats and exclusions. We have used this firm for previous trips and vacations. Unfortunately the contract is written to exclude missed scheduled tours when the time to be cleared through customs and immigrations into UAE is longer than they consider acceptable. The air carrier landed on time. It was 45 minutes before economy passengers were deplaned. Luggage claim and immigrations required 2 hours. The contract excludes any missed tours unless the air carrier is 3 hours late.
