From all of the insurance plans we reviewed and compared, we found this plan met our needs the best and it was reasonably priced. Since we did not have the need to file any claims, we can not offer any further comments. However, we did have piece of mind knowing we were covered for what mattered to us.

Fortunately, I didn't have to make any claims, although I must admit I felt a lot easier about having to disembark from one plane and run across the aisle to catch the tail end of the line boarding my next connection, knowing if my bags were lost, I wouldn't have to rely only on the airline!

I was satisfied with the basic part of the plan but was very confused during signup. What I wanted was coverage for the cruise portion of my trip only. It appeared that in order to get cruise coverage I had to include the cost of the air fare as well. From what my travel agent told me that was not the case. I was never a hundred percent sure that I would have coverage if I had a problem with my cruise since my air fare was not included.
