This is the first time we have purchased insurance - just had a feeling. One month before our very expensive cruise we were evacuated for 20 days due to a large fire. Our house survived and so did our nerves, knowing that if we had to we could cancel the trip and not have lost everything. As it turns out we were able to return home a week before we had to leave, get our clothes and luggage and head out to the airport. It was extremely stress relieving - even though we did not have to use it.

Talking with someone before ordering a policy is a good idea. I made a mistake when I placed my first online policy order and had trouble getting it corrected. When I finally had a chance to talk with a supervisor, it got straightened out.
