Everything worked fine. Didn't need it. Because all. I wanted was insurance in case my 84 year old dad was going to get a life threatening problem.
I didn't shop much and took the first insurance I found.
So I shouldn't complain.
Is there something out there that fits my needs?

Candy would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
I was forced to give it a satisfaction value that I don't really agree with. I wanted to give all middle of the road values as we didn't use the insurance so don't truly know how good it is. Using the insurance is the obvious test for how good it is & how to rate it. However, one always prefers not needing to use it, which then makes rating it difficult. Obviously, I thought it showed decently or we wouldn't have purchased it. However, until a plan is used one truly never knows how good it is.
