I was disappointed that the plan did not offer coverage for cancellation for any reason, such as independently purchased international air. But this was also a problem with the other plans I reviewed before I purchased the American Express plan.

I was delighted to get such a comprehensive policy for such a reasonable price - far less than my travel agent was going to secure for me. I will definitely use CSA again, and recommend it to family/friends.

Since we did not have a claim, I can't evaluate that experience. The experience I did have was shopping for insurance and how the people on the phone helped me. I feel I got good assistance. I was glad I did it.
