I am very pleased that I did not have to file a claim. The plan gave me the coverage and confidence that I needed in the event something did happen. The price was good and it provided the assurance that all would be well. I have already recommended this to a friend who did purchase a plan as well.

This is the second time we have used InsureMyTrip for travel outside of the US with our family of two adults and two children. Fortunately we have never had to file a claim, but having especially the medical coverage and less importantly the trip cancellation overage gives us tremendous peace of mind as a very low price especially when compared to the travel insurance offered by cruise lines or airlines.

It seemed to be a long time for settlement. I would have thought that the company was more efficient in processing my claim, Nov. 3 to Jan 6, 2012. I had to call several times to monitor the process, but, the settlement seemed adequate. That's a long time to hold my money without the benefit of reinvestment.
