Edward would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
It is difficult to respond to this survey since we didn't have to use the insurance. In fact we have been fortunate that we have never had to use it. Still, it is a comfort knowing it is there in the event it is needed. We did enjoy using the web site and being able to compare insurance options to select the one that best fit our needs. We plan to continue to use your services when ever we travel and need insurance. Bottom line we are satisfied customers.

This is the second time we used this plan. The first time we got this plan a year ago we actually had to file a claim because of illness and couldn't go on the trip. The claim was paid out promptly and without fuss. So we'll continue to use this plan. Also, it has a good list of coverages.

Since I didn't file a claim it is impossible to rate claims service or coverage. I was amazed that other travelers relied on standard coverage supplied by the cruise lines to cover potential problems. Medical transport alone would far exceed those policy limits.
