Overall satisfied. Two issues. When I first ordered policy online, there were multiple email related to what the policy actually covered. None were actually the coverage.
I had to ask a rep to email the real coverage. Very confusing. Would have preferred to have policy that would make direct payments to providers at a level above $1k

Fortunately I did not have to use my Global Alert plan, but it was reassuring to know if anything happened I had insurance. The Representative was informative and easy to deal with. I would use this travel insurance again if I travel abroad.

Lynda would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
It was so easy to apply for this insurance and the representative was very helpful and sorted out what we needed. I had a lot of questions about which policy to go with, and they explained everything to me. The price was around half what we would have paid to the travel agent for great piece of mind. Thank you for your service.
