David would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
Hard to review when you had no claim to make. I really cannot rate their service when I received no services. Paying for insurance when nothing happens can be considered an unnecessary expense. But then again if something happens, you could be glad you spent every penny you did for coverage. Insurance is a gambling bet on whether something occurs or not. I considered the premium a reasonable bet.

Fortunately, I never had to use the coverage, but a very close near-miss connection in Prague would have caused huge problems for my return trip, so I was glad I had the coverage available. Customer service (by phone) was extremely helpful (and promptly solved my problem) when I accidentally booked duplicate coverage because the web-based sign-up was extremely slow in responding.
