This is the 3rd time I've used InsureMyTrip to purchase trip insurance. The very first time I bought the insurance I had to cancel the trip and was reimbursed quickly and with reasonable documentation. I was very happy with the service provided and now will not take any trips overseas without purchasing travel insurance. It's easy to view and compare the various plan coverages online and make simple modifications to the plan to get the best price. I highly recommend this website and was very happy with the customer service for the Travel Insured Trip Protector Lite plan.

Thank you for the bon voyage email sent just prior to our departure. Other than it was a long flight, everything went well. At one point, my husband was feeling ill. We thought about returning home early, but as you know, we stayed the full length of the trip. It was comforting to know, we had coverage while away from home (if it was necessary). I will recommend your company should any of my friends or family require insurance while abroad. Thank you.

With everything that's happening in the world, you'd be nuts to travel without some form of travel and medical insurance in place. We've insured many trips and have had only one claim in the past... We will continue to insure every trip simply because when things do go wrong, there is no ruined vacation, just peace of mind.

The reason I gave it 4 starts and not 5 was because I had looked up the list of providers in their network ahead of times, but was not able to get an appointment the same day with any of them. So they told me to go to any Dr's office and they would reimburse me later upon submitting bills. I later submitted the Dr's bill and the pharmacy bill, and they reimbursed me for both without problems.
