I had included medical coverage with air transport back to US if needed. Fortunately did not need the insurance, but was told by folks we were staying with that medical facilities and services were not good and minimal where they existed (except for in Belize City), so the insurance I had was worth the $..if only as a comfort of knowing I would get the right kind of medical help if needed.

I've purchased travel insurance from CSA before for my world travels and have always been satisfied w/ their coverage and pricing. I haven't had the unfortunate opportunity to file a claim though so I can't comment on their service for that item.
