Days before we left I was notified of an air schedule change that would have required an unscheduled overnight hotel and change fees. I contacted Travelex and they told me what paperwork they would need to cover the delay. As it turned out the travel agent hadn't done their homework and I was able to find linking flights. l did appreciate the attention given to my call by the customer care rep.
