Happily I never had to make a claim, so in truth, I don't know how good and flexible your company would be, if I had presented a claim. I hope you customer service is fair and reasonable and comprehends the frustrations suffered by the traveling public - often through no fault of their own.

We did not make a claim - so I have no ideas about claim service. I was disappointed that the coverage for pre-existing conditions was so strict. At the time I booked the Safari I had not made any of the flight, hotel or other arrangements, but was not allowed to buy the coverage I thought I really needed.
