I compared several plans prior to my first international trip to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I chose Travel Insured primarily because of their excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I didn't file a claim, but it was comforting to know that the few people that had filed complaints were satisfied with the resolutions.
