Edward would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
It's hard to rate a company objectively until a claim is made. Hopefully that will never happen.
It would be nice if repeat customers would receive a discount based on claim activity as some other major insurance companies offer.

Didn't have to use it, but have used it in the past with a different trip and the reimbursement for travel delay/lost items/ticket change was fast and easy. I always use this policy now due to that one transaction.
