I just wanted to write and say thank you. My mother was hesitant getting insurance for this flight but after getting 'burnt' last fall on a cancellation fee, she decided to take it out this time. What a blessing it was to have the insurance; it really helped out! Thank you so very much.

This insurance gave us peace of mind that should emergency arise, we would have been covered. Another person planning to travel with us had a medical problem shortly before the cruise and could not go. We worry that she may not have had coverage. Impossible to predict what the future holds.

We did have a family death but I decided not to cancel the trip as the paperwork involved seemed too much to ask a grieving husband to provide to file a claim. I went to the wake but skipped the funeral to head on to my trip. We are insuring our next trip with them, however.
