I mostly bought the plan for entertainment. I thought "I know this company is making a killing with this fee considering that dying in a plane is less likely than being stuck by lightening or winning the lottery." I did like the extra bonus protection for luggage and delays though. I would do it again...but $100 for 2 trips is a little steep.

My claim was processed in a courteous and professional manner, and was paid in full once I submitted all of the necessary documentation. If I had a complaint it would be that it took several weeks for my check to arrive.
