I have always purchased travel insurance but never had the need to use it. This past trip we had a travel delay. From the first contact to a speedy settlement I could not have asked for more. I will definitely recommend Travel Insured to my friends and family. They were wonderful and I will use them whenever I travel.

Since I didn't have any problems during the trip, I can't really comment on how the plan would have covered any claims.
As far as the booking part, it was very good and user friendly. When I did call with questions, they were quickly answered with answers that address my needs.
I would certainly use them again if I need trip insurance for a future trip.
