Michael would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.

A CSA agent took my call and advised me of my coverage when my plane was delayed. The agent was EXTREMELY nice and friendly which was great in the middle of a 4 hour delay.
CSA paid for all my expenses associated with the cost the delay caused me (no hassle).
It did however take a month before I heard back from them; they left a friendly message informing me that the check was printing and being sent out the same day.
It would have been nice to get emails when 1) they received my letter and 2) when they approved my paperwork. For a month I had a nagging feeling that the letter was lost in the mail or CSA stuck their head in the sand.
Therefore I did not purchase travel insurance for my next trip but when I got home the check was there.
I will use CSA again.
