I did not need to file a claim, but definitely felt more secure knowing I had coverage. And I saw first hand how quickly an accident can happen as we had 2 people in our tour group take falls. One sustained a broken wrist and the other a nasty gash in the head, both required a hospital visit. I don't know what insurance they had, but I sure hope they had good coverage!

Luckily, I did not have to use the insurance. I was pleased with the cost as I realize it is necessary to have this insurance.

I didn't have to use the insurance so cannot really say if there were any bad points. However....I would hate not to have had it and then needed it. - It cost less than $20 so well worth the peace of mind.
