I never used the plan but it was easy to apply for and everything came through satisfactorily. It was a comfort to know that I had it if I broke a leg going around Mt. Kailash.

Until I received a letter from you before my trip that reminded me to take my documents and where to call if I needed you, you were just another insurance company that one hoped would pay out if needed. That letter gave me reassurance of your seriousness. Your documents are clear. Your price is competitive. I felt confident to have phone numbers "just in case." I will use your company again on future trips.
