No claims. Was happy to have coverage for frequent flier tickets, and for kids to be included free. If you have short stopovers, you may find the coverage to be inadequate b/c of 6 hour delay minimum, but we had overnights, so would have been covered.

Easy to access; easy to purchase. Price was competitive, and coverage seemed decent for the price. Did not file a claim so I have no input on how the mechanics of coverage work, but I did feel better having the protection. No complaints.
