We had a trip/flight delay due to a snowstorm. Plan representatives were all very helpful with information on how to file claim. Only mild complaint I have is that I got no updates on processing of the complaint. It took a few weeks, but claim was fully accepted without issue.

Nothing to add really. I was well informed, had no reason to think it would have been just what we needed when the time came. Fortunately, we had no need to file any claims. Service was excellent when I called to sign up and add on the additional costs.

Our daughter was enrolled in a school trip to Costa Rica when my husband lost his job and our health care. It was mandatory to have a medical plan for the trip. InsureMyTrip was so easy to navigate and very affordable. I would definitely recommend your company as a primary or supplementary insurance program for anyone who is traveling.

I would recommend this coverage for those who do not have similar coverage by a credit card. In if they do have credit card coverage, then a scaled down, trip delay, and medical evacuation plan would be more cost effective.
