I have used this plan for 10 years and although I've never had to file a claim, I feel better knowing they have my "back" and will be there to assist if I should need them. I travel internationally a great deal and will continue to use HCC.

Luckily, we did not have to file the claim. I find it helpful that a company sends reminders before the trip and lists all the important info for the client to know before going on the trip. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Since we didn't need to use the coverage, my review will be based on customer service. I called IMG to make a few changes after original purchase. They could not have been more helpful and were so easy to work with. I strongly recommend this service though I hope to avoid using the benefits provided!

Unfortunately, due to people backing out (eco-tourism too strenuous for 80+-year-old travelers), I was unable to travel to Costa Rica in March. BUT, because of excellent customer service I was refunded my payment, minus administrative fees.

CSA has come through on the two occasions that we filed claims. So long as you provide the documentation they require, they are great! And so is InsureMyTrip!
