I've used this plan before and thankfully never had to use it up until now. Unfortunately we had to cancel a great family vacation because of an injury to one member of the group. The forms required for payments lost were reasonable and the claim was promptly handled.

One cannot really judge an insurance plan until one needs to make a claim, so the 4-stars are with the assumptions that had I needed to make a claim, the process and coverage would have been as I understood it from the information provided. But, how often is that true with insurance companies.
