your Coverage options that were provided did not include "europe" which seems like most of the countries require when you apply for a visa. But i'm Extremely satisfied with your customer service. They were Prompt, knowledgeable and eager to help. took care of my problem right away. Thanks a lot for providing a great service

Fortunately I have never had to file a claim in the 15+ years I have bought travel insurance -mostly from Travel Guard-, so I can only say that I'm completely satisfied.

The service representative was efficient and helpful when I called to change my coverage.

It's hard to rate something that you didn't use. It seemed like a good plan, it was well priced and easy to buy. I like the website and the fact that you can compare different features to choose the best plan for you. I will use and recommend the website and I will continue to hope that I never have to worry about finding out if the insurance I buy is really any good.
