I had a minor medical condition while traveling in Ecuador which required help from a physician. CSA Travel arranged for me to visit a local hospital and authorized the staff there to provide care up to my plan's medical limit with no out-of-pocket expense for me. Very pleased with the service they provided.

Thank heavens I didn't need to collect on my trip! However, it did give me peace of mind to have the insurance. When you spend a lot on your trip, it would be a shame to not only miss the trip, but also be out the $. The staff at InsureMyTrip were up front and very easy to work with.

Took several attempts to be sent the forms to fill out to begin the claims process. They did cover my stolen Ipad and cover to the max of the plan, but it also took longer than needed to be issued the check.

We actually had to file a claim for a trip to Ecuador. A few months before the scheduled trip, we had a medical problem. We sent the appropriate documents and after a reasonable period of time and help from polite assistance on the phone, we were reimbursed for the expenses that we requested. We will certainly use InsureMyTrip again, and hope that we will not have to use it.
