The plan appears to cover my travel needs, but since I didn't need to use it -a good thing- one cannot be sure that it really did. I will most likely use Travelex Travel in the future.

I submitted a claim for a December 2012 trip that was cancelled, and I received a reimbursement check within two weeks. The agents I spoke with were courteous and professional. I would use this company again and will recommend it to friends.

I can't rate the plan because I did not need to use it. If the plan does not pay when an issue presents itself then the plan would be Poor but if it does pay without a hassle then the plan can receive a Good rating. But since we did not incure any problems I cannot rate the plan one way or other.
Also, I have selected all half and half ratings above because there is no option for "can't properly rate" and in order to submit you must select something.

The CSA travel protection custom plan appears to have good coverage, but the real proof has to be if I had to file a claim. I have bought this travel plan many times in the past, and due to my senior age, is more expensive than if I was younger. Considering I've never filed a claim, plans (any plan from any provider) should give discounts to repeat customers who have never filed a claim.
