I cannot review the policy we purchased as we did not use any of the services or file a claim. Our luggage was lost on the way to Ecuador, but was delivered to us in two days. We could have filed a claim after 24 hours, but chose not to purchase replacement items for at least two days in case the luggage showed up.

We did a lot of research and felt the plan provided what we needed. It is a chunk of money to put out but well worth it if anything happens. Worth the comfort of mind! This was the second trip we used CSA Protection.

I had a trip interruption for three days on my way back home. I wasn't able to retrieve my bag during this time, so I didn't have any clothes. It would have been nice to have coverage for this. Instead coverage just applies until you reach your home country not your residence.

Its impossible to rate a plan when no claims were made. We purchased it because the coverage for price seemed most reasonable but we have no experience with delivery of promised coverage.
