Having insurance is like having a doctor or lawyer. You need it but don't want to use it. Fortunately, we had no problems and didn't use it, so were quite happy.

April would not recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
I was satisfied with the plan, but disappointed with the service. I called because my flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight as a result thinking the concierge would help change my ticket. I was given another number to call and still did not get help. I stood in line for over 3 hours to get my ticket changed when I reached my connection airport. I should have been able to avoid that wait in line.
