Even though I didn't need medical attention, it was nice to know I had coverage in case. Medicare won't cover expenses outside USA.

The insurance is easy to buy online and this for my first time ever needing to claim something and I was very pleasantly surprised how easy the claim was to do and that the insurance covered what it promised to cover. Very friendly customer service.
