Like many others, we always purchase travel insurance with the expectation that we won't need to use it, but on this year's trip, we did.Apart from a few issues reaching TravelSafe/TravelMate from France (operator would not allow us to call the 603 number collect) we were very pleased with the claims process. Everyone we worked with was friendly, sympathetic, professional and competent. We were also impressed that our claim was resolved so quickly. The positive claims experience helped to erase a potentially-disastrous ending to our wonderful Paris trip---thanks again ! jen

Insurance...didn't have to use it but was glad I had it just in case. This place had good reviews and seemed super legit and happy I didn't have to test it out.
