Very easy to set up and purchase. Very good customer service and reasonable pricing. I purchased insurance for my trip because the country I was traveling to needed very specific language describing my medical insurance coverage. Although I am covered up to an unlimited maximum by my current employer/insurance company, the consulate was unsatisfied with the language in my insurance company's letter. Using this service was a quick, convenient, and affordable alternative.

I didn't have to use the insurance but found the process through InsureMyTrip to be easy. I called the number to ensure that the things I wanted covered were in fact covered and the person I talked to on the phone was very helpful in this regard.
