The important coverages were provided in the plan. Since we did not have any loses for which to file a claim their performance in settling a claim could not be evaluated. However the real proof of an insurer is how quickly and hassle free they cover a loss and provide the reimbursement promised in the policy. I would consider using this insurer again.

The plan did cover my emergency dental expenses which I incurred in Maui, but it took a long time to be reimbursed, and I had to have InsureMyTrip contact Travel Guard to follow up for payment. After that call, my claim was finally processed, and paid at 100%.
