Buying insurance is buying piece of mind, it is intangible until needed, and you don't really want to need it. I was a Casualty Underwriter for many years and researched your company carefully, and it came highly recommended from an agency I trusted. I also notified my primary carrier, an HMO in Seattle, of the additional coverage I had purchased for this trip. Fortunately an occasion to need the insurance did not arise. I will certainly use your product again when we travel abroad.

When we travel, I only use CSA. I don't look anywhere else. My children also use CSA. I have suggested that there could be a "frequent user" discount for the buyers. So far, the agents tell me they will pass my idea along but corporate headquarters does not seem interested.
