Thanks God, although nothing happened to me, just the thought that I had a travel insurance gave me a peace of mind. I would recommend to anyone that it is worth a while to have travel insurance for the sake of peace of mind and protection in case of emergency.

I would not go with the increased deductible. Since I got sick while on my trip and could have experienced high bills without reaching the deductible threshold. Your coverage and communications were excellent. I appreciated the multiple email communications.

The airports were hectic (Christmas period); at times we were almost run over by other rushing passengers (good we had your insurance, just in case); one suitcase was lost by the airline and recovered within the hour at Frankfurt airport; the distances to be walked by us elderly were exhausting, giving us cause to fear for our physical and mental state. Traveling is not nice anymore and definitely one needs your Travel Protection. Tks!
